These terms govern use of rogueailabs.com and its public materials. A signed client agreement governs paid services.
Informational website
The website describes Rogue AI Labs capabilities, service pathways, and educational materials. Website content is general information and is not legal, financial, medical, cybersecurity, compliance, or other professional advice.
No engagement created
Submitting a form, downloading a guide, or participating in a fit conversation does not create a client relationship or obligate Rogue AI Labs to perform work. Paid services begin only under an accepted written agreement that defines scope, fees, responsibilities, and terms.
Prices and timelines
Published prices and timelines describe typical productized offers and may change. Final scope, schedule, third-party usage costs, assumptions, and pricing are confirmed in writing before work begins.
AI limitations
AI systems can make mistakes, produce incomplete output, and behave unexpectedly. Rogue designs controlled implementations with testing and human handoffs, but no AI system is infallible or appropriate for every decision. Customers remain responsible for their business decisions and required professional review.
Acceptable use
You may not use the site to violate law, interfere with site operation, attempt unauthorized access, submit malicious content, bypass download controls, scrape protected information, impersonate another person, or abuse public forms.
Intellectual property
Rogue AI Labs owns or licenses the site design, copy, marks, guides, and other public materials unless stated otherwise. You may use downloaded educational materials internally for evaluation and learning, but may not resell, republish, or misrepresent them as your own.
Third-party services
The site may link to or rely on third-party services. Rogue AI Labs does not control every third-party system and is not responsible for third-party availability, content, policies, or practices.

Rogue does not claim that an implementation will recover a specific amount of revenue unless a signed agreement explicitly states otherwise.
